Paula Cronin

Paula, a born Kiwi, is one of our talented instructors. As a yogi, ocean girl and nature girl, it doesn't get much better for Paula than being in this beautiful part of the world for the summer - all of her great passions are combined in one wonderful package! She spent a good deal of time in Australia and now lives and teaches in London. Growing up in New Zealand, Paula enjoys all water sports including kayaking and whitewater rafting.

Paula yogaPaula teaches many styles of yoga including hatha, (blending a fusion of classical hatha, ashtanga, power and bikram), vinyasa flow, yin/restorative, and yoga nidra. She teaches all levels from absolute first-timers to very experienced yogis - from one to one sessions, to large studio groups of 65 people.

Paula places great emphasis on breath and alignment, on working safely with injuries and supporting people to find lightness in their practice. Paula loves supporting others to find joy and ease in moving with breath, in improving strength, flexibility and balance, in all its forms.

Tommaso Biasiolo

yoga boyTommaso hasbeen practising yoga since 2011. In 2015 a new dimension of his mind was opened when he moved to Fernie (BC) and completed a 200 hr yoga teacher training program with Francesca Ter Poorten over 4 months. Then he was fortunate to live for over 3 months at the Sivananda ashram in the Bahamas for their intensive Karma yoga program. 

In his quest to find answers Tommaso has participated in diverse mindful retreats and courses. The study of " Spiritual intelligence" with the guidance of Alan Clement is one of his pillars. He is currently training to become a Psychosomatic therapist accompanied by Lorrel Elian to expand his knowledge.

Tommaso will guide you through different styles of yoga that span from Ashtanga to Power Vinyasa, Yin, Yin and Yang and restore.
With a smile he will challenge and guide you through different states of mind if you are ready for a wonderful journey.

Jessica Vargas

Jessica Vargas is REO's dedicated masseuse and also plays a key role in on yoga instructor team.

Jessica started yoga the age of 17 in the remote mountains surrounding Santiago, Chile. She honed her instructor skills by offering classes at hospitals, various community centres and working with the elderly. In 2013 she became internationally certified in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She then studied Chinese medicine, including Tuina massage. She often puts her knowledge of acupressure points and energy lines to use during her sessions with guests. Jessica is experienced in the following types of yoga: power and flow yoga; nidra yoga, swara yoga and kundalini tantric yoga.

After ten years of teaching in Chile, Jessica set off to travel the world including New Zealand, Cambodia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, Nepal, India and Thailand where she learned to perform traditional Thai massage. She also received training in hot stone massage and various other spa treatments during her extensive travels. At the resort, Jessica will make sure to give you the type of massage you like! She offers deep de-contracting, relaxation, foot and hand and champ (Indian scalp massage).

Jolaine Boucher

Jolaine was first introduced to yoga as a means to create space between herself and her competitive mind, developed throughout the years of her soccer career. Yoga became a way to explore her inner being and express her love of life through movement.

In 2014, Jolaine's practice lead her to Chiang Rai, Thailand where she completed the 200hr yoga teacher training in the Sivananda tradition. Jolaine expanded her practice in early 2016, when she participated in a 3-month intensive karma yoga study program at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in the Bahamas.

Jolaine will guide you through hatha style classes, aiming to create an environment of connectivity. Aligning mind, body and spirit through the practice of mindful yoga Asanas.
